DEBATE ON INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY
MERITS & DEMERITS OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY On 26/07/2018 we had a productive debate on the topic merits and demerits of ICT.We almost had the debate for an hour from 12PM -1PM.Our debate was presided by Roy Sir and our classmate,Neethu was the moderator.Our class was fully categorised into two sections one favouring ICT and the another not favouring ICT.I was one among not favouring ICT.Many cruicial points were discussed as well as argued between the two groups.The role of ICT in many fields like education,work place,family etc were discussed.One of the major demerit put forwaded was the degradation of reading habits in present generation.The debate ended with a opinion that over use of ICT have many negative effect but still it provides us with amble informations from time to time and keeps us updated if we use it in correct sense ...
