                                ART AND AESTHETIC EDUCATION MUSIC RELATED As part of our third semester art education, a music class was conducted on 28 August. It was a special day, that is Ayyankali jayanthi. He is a famous social reformer who worked for the advancement of backward classes. The programme was started with a prayer section. Welcome speech was done by our Principal Roy sir, speech about Ayyankali was done by Bijin and then introduced our chief guest and resource person Dr. Thottam Bhuvanendran Nair sir by Riju sir. The class has two sectons. At first our resource person gave a detailed description about music and how it can be applied in regular class room. It was a very interesting class.                                                            GENERAL  REFLECTION On 26 August 2019 we, second year BEd students assembled in our college. 40 days of our first phase teaching practice was over. All students and teachers attented in the meeting. Principal Roy sir gives the presidential address. Then students from same schools arranged in a group. Then groups invited in front of the stage one after one and allowed each members to share their self reflection about the teaching phase. The first group was G.S.S. Puthoor. Seven pupils including me belongs to this school. At first Gopika, leader of the group gives the reflection. After that all of us gave our experiences. It was nice experience in the school days.                                                      WEEKEND  REFLECTION  7 7th weekend reflection of our teaching practice phase 1 was conducted on August 3 Saturday. General reflection section was arranged first. Principal Roy sir gave valuable points for us. Then all the students meets at their optional classes. In mathematics class each students shared their reflection about the last week in school in front of Leena teacher.  I  shared the experience of our school based activity. At last teacher concluded the segment.with valuable information 

                                                      SCHOOL  BASED  ACTIVITY On 2 August 2019 we teacher trainees of G. H. S. S Puthoor conducted an awareness class about drugs, it's side effects and health issues. For this program 8B class is selected. First we gave an introduction about the program. Pupil carefully watched the video. After that, we explained about the video and the after effects of using drugs. Then the students shared their experiences.  We also arranged a quiz competition  based on the same topic, and the winners awarded prices. At last we gave them an another work.                                                     WEEKEND  REFLECTION  5 On 20 July 2019, Saturday our college arranged a meeting for the weekend reflection about our teaching practice. Unlike from the past  general reflections, it was conducted in each of the optional classes with the presence of class teachers. Every students from physical science department shared their reflection in the last week. Optional teacher and general teachers visited in many schools and gives their valuable guidance to students. Many remarks was clarified on this day

                                                      WEEKEND  REFLECTION  4 The fourth weekend reflection about our first phase teaching practice was organised on 13 July 2019 , Saturday. The reflection section started at 10.00 am with the presence of our college principal and teachers of different subjects. New teachers , appointed for Physical science, Natural science, Maths, and Psychology were also presented in this meeting. Student teachers from G.H.S.S Puthoor was shared their experience firstly. Then the other students also presented their reflection.                    

                                                  NEWS PAPER DISTRIBUTION Today our school conducted an assembly. It was coordinated by standard 10 A. The assembly starts with prayer. Then they make a quiz section and news reading. 'Janmabhumi' a Malayalam news paper's members from Kollam sponsored the daily news paper for students. It was received by school headmistress. There was a prize distribution for quiz competition winner. The assembly was dispersed with the national anthem.                            

                                                    WEEKEND  REFLECTION  2 Weekend reflection of our teaching practice on second and third week was conducted on 6 July 2019, Saturday. Most of BEd students from different schools was participated in this section. Some of them have classes in their schools. The reflection section was guided by our principal Roy sir and Nimmy teacher. Students shared their experiences. I am training in G.H.S.S Puthoor. The school was conducted a special assembly on 1 July 2019 to congratulate scholarship winners. I am completed my 10 lesson templates during the last week. Darley teacher guided me and always come to watch my class and gave valuable instructions.                                                         WEEKEND REFLECTION The first weekend reflection of our teaching practice conducted today in our college. Leaders of different school shared their experience, thoughts, and difficulties in front of our Principal and option teachers. They give suggestions and motivation to us. First of all the reflection was done by leader of G. H. S. S Puthoor. She says about special assembly conducted in June 19. Also about the special programmes in the reading day.                                                  TEACHING  PRACTISE  PHASE  1 On 19 June 2019 we started our teaching practice. As part of this we group of 7 teacher trainies got Govt. H S S Puthoor. June 19 is observed annually as reading day ( vayanadinam) for the remberence of P.N Panicker. The valedictory function for our seniors of 2017 - 2019 batch and the sent off of our former local manager Rev. Fr. George kutty was held on 4 April , 2019. Our new manager Very. Rev. Fr. Zakariah ramban was also attended in this function. The meeting was start with prayer song. Then welcome speech was done by our college principal Roy sir, presidential address was done by college union chairman Rev. Fr. Mathew Baby. The inaugural ceremony was done by new manager, after the inauguration, former local manager, MEd coordinator Hari sir and Santhosh sir gave felicitation for the occasion.
